That's What You Get When You Don't Stretch!

When you play volleyball, or any other sports, stretching is a must. Seriously! Or else your body will be shocked on playing again. You'll get hematoma-like spots in your arms, back pains, and leg pains.

Wow! Thank you volleyball. Let's do this again. It will be a nice workout. For sure!
